At Trueroots Organic Spices, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at truerootsorganicspices@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened spice packets or products that have been used cannot be returned due to food safety regulations, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
