Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping charges and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at truerootsorganicspices@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Important Notes

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances
• All spice products are packed fresh and sealed to ensure maximum freshness during transit
