Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original sealed packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
As our products are natural spices and food items, all sales are considered final once the product packaging has been opened. Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at truerootsorganicspices@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used spice products
- Sale items or items purchased at a discount
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right product is to return the unopened item and once accepted, place a new order for the correct item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at truerootsorganicspices@gmail.com.
