Refund policy

At Trueroots Organic Spices, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to return: Email truerootsorganicspices@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 2 business days.

Refunds: Processed within 10 business days to your original payment method after inspection.

Non-returnable: Opened spice packets (food safety). Exception: defective or damaged products — full replacement or refund at no cost.

Damaged products: Contact us within 48 hours with photos.

"Domestic returns (India): Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid return label."

International returns (US, UK, EU, Canada): Return shipping is customer's responsibility. Customs duties paid are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Within 12 hours of order placement if not yet dispatched.
