At Trueroots Organic Spices, we ship domestically across India and internationally to the US, UK, EU, Canada, and select global markets.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days. Orders on weekends/holidays processed next business day.
Domestic (India):
- Standard: 4–7 business days
- Express: 2–3 business days
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
International (US, UK, EU, Canada):
- Delivery: 10–20 business days depending on destination
- Shipped via registered international courier with tracking
- All shipments include proper customs documentation
- Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Customs & Duties: Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges. Customs declarations reflect actual contents and value.
Tracking: Tracking number sent via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
